Untangling Classification Systems and Appellations
In this taste-and-learn seminar, we'll be exploring the Bordeaux region. where you will learn about the history of Bordeaux, its sub-regions, appellation structures, and understand the differences between "Left" and "Right" bank Bordeaux wines. We will also explore the lesser known white wines of Bordeaux and the sweet dessert wines of the southern Graves.
