Learning about the world of wine, either recreationally as an enthusiast or more in-depth toward professional certification, opens the door to endless opportunities to explore the vast scope of wine styles and regions with confidence.  It encourages you to be more adventurous and try something new when you open a wine list, browse your local wine shop or visit a winery.
